Questions
Do I need to be home?
No. Leave the gate unlocked and your dogs inside during the visit. We send a photo of the closed gate.
What do you do with the waste?
We bag and seal it and leave it in your trash cart, which the City allows for bagged pet waste.
How do you keep it sanitary?
Fresh gloves and a veterinary disinfectant on tools and boots before every yard.
What if it rains?
Heavy rain or storms move your visit to the next day.
Is there a contract?
No. Pause or cancel anytime with 7 days’ notice from your account page.
