When do you come?
On your City of Austin trash day, after the truck has emptied your carts. We find your day automatically from your address.
Do I have to be home?
No. Just leave the carts at the curb. You’ll get before & after photos by email.
Where does the dirty water go?
Into our reclaim tank. City rules don’t allow wash water in the street or storm drain, and we dispose of it at a permitted facility.
Is there a contract?
No. Cancel anytime with 7 days’ notice from your account page.
When is my card charged?
Only on the day of each clean, automatically. Nothing is charged when you sign up.
